🔁 Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

1. Returning Jewelry

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

Custom Jewelry cannot be returned except for Custom Name Necklaces. Custom Jewelry includes Cuban Link Chains or Bracelets that are in a size or MM that we do not offer on our website.

Other custom Jewelry such as projects done between us and the client cannot be returned unless it's said before that it's possible.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If the item isn't in original condition then the refund cannot be processed and will be shipped back out to you. We will update you through the email address used when the order was first placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

Custom Jewelry cannot be exchanged except for Custom Name Necklaces. Custom Jewelry includes Cuban Link Chains or Bracelets that are in a size or MM that we do not offer on our website.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a exchanged.

To be eligible:

  • Jewelry must be in original condition
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be updated on the status for the exchange.

If the item isn't in original condition then the exchange or a refund cannot be processed and will be shipped back out to you. We will update you through the email address used when the order was first placed.

Once the exchange is approved, you can pay the difference for the bigger size or exchange it for a smaller size, you will be returned the amount owed to you for any price difference
