🔁 Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

1. Returning Jewelry

We accept returns of Silver or Solid Gold Jewelry within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns of 14Kt Gold Plated Jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

Custom Jewelry cannot be returned except for Custom Name Necklaces. Custom Jewelry includes Cuban Link Chains or Bracelets that are in a size or MM that we do not offer on our website.

Other custom Jewelry such as projects done between Mayoni Jewelers and the client cannot be returned unless it's said before that it's possible.

Jewelry products eligible for return: Cuban Link Chains and Bracelets, Custom Name Necklaces, and Lab Diamond Rings

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition and have no scratches
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. There is a restocking fee of 5% for orders of $1,000 or over.

If the item isn't in original condition then the refund cannot be processed and will be shipped back out to you. We will update you through the email address used when the order was first placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items.

Custom Jewelry cannot be exchanged except for Custom Name Necklaces. Custom Jewelry includes Cuban Link Chains or Bracelets that are in a size or MM that we do not offer on our website.

Or products that are not listed on our website and projects done between Mayoni Jewelers and the client.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a exchanged.

To be eligible:

  • Jewelry must be in original condition and have no scratches
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be updated on the status for the exchange.

If the item isn't in original condition then the exchange or a refund cannot be processed and will be shipped back out to you. We will update you through the email address used when the order was first placed.

Once the exchange is approved, you can pay the difference for the bigger size or exchange it for a smaller size, you will be returned the amount owed to you for any price difference

3. Start a refund or exchange

Please have the subject line be related to a return or exchange.

By placing an order with Mayoni Jewelers, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issue regarding your order. Chargebacks are not a method of processing refunds, especially in situations where the original product has not been returned to us. In the event of a dispute, Mayoni Jewelers reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communication, and acceptance of our store policies to the payment provider or financial institution handling the case. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and additional action where applicable.

Mayoni Jewelers reserves the right to:

Deny returns or exchanges that do not meet policy requirements

Refuse service to violators.
