Custom Jewelry cannot be returned except for Custom Name Necklaces

Exchanges:

If you receive Jewelry that is the wrong size for you, you can return it pay the difference for the bigger size or exchange it for a smaller size, you will be returned the amount owed to you for the price difference

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
