🛡️ Warranty Policy

At Mayoni Jewelers, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. That’s why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all eligible jewelry purchases. Please email us at support@mayonijewelers.com to file your claim. Please note that Gold Plated Warranty is seperated from the 1-Year Warranty.

Gold Plated Warranty:

Gold plating warranty is only available from 3 Months after receiving the product. This only covers fading that might occur during this timeframe.

On the product pages you can read on the use cases for the Gold Plating are. With that being said, If you use the jewelry in ways we explicitly advise against, the warranty will not apply.

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

Loose stones due to production flaws

Broken clasps, chains, or settings under normal wear

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)

Lost or stolen items

🛠️ How to File a Warranty Claim:

Email support@mayonijewelers.com with: your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for repair or replacement at no cost.

🧾 Custom Jewelry Policy

Creating custom jewelry is a collaborative and personal process. We’re honored to bring your vision to life.

What to Know:

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless said yes by us before hand.

Warranty does apply to Custom Jewelry. You will receive an email or message beforehand for that

50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production

2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity

We will send mockups and/or CAD designs for your approval before production begins

Final payment is due before shipment

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to our store policies. Prices, designs, and availability are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order with Mayoni Jewelers, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issue regarding your order. Chargebacks are not a method of processing refunds, especially in situations where the original product has not been returned to us. In the event of a dispute, Mayoni Jewelers reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communication, and acceptance of our store policies to the payment provider or financial institution handling the case. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and additional action where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is a last resort dispute process provided by your bank for cases of unauthorized card use or fraud. It is not a substitute for our return process, a way to cancel an order, or a method to obtain a refund. Please refer to the "Returns" page for more information about refunds with Mayoni Jewelers

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first is considered fraud and will be treated as such.

If you have an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or any other concern — you are required to contact us at support@mayonijewelers.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We respond to all inquiries within 2 to 3 business days and will always work to make things right.

Chargebacks will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after placing an order
  • Your order is in transit and has not yet been delivered
  • You did not contact us first to attempt a resolution
  • The order was delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • You claim non-receipt but tracking confirms delivery

If a chargeback is filed while your order is in transit, we will provide your bank with full tracking documentation, proof of shipment, and order confirmation. We dispute every illegitimate chargeback and maintain detailed records of all transactions.

Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from purchasing from Mayoni Jewelers and reported to our payment processor.
